Alfred (Alfie) Raymond Chouinard of Chase passed away on July 16, 2010 at 49 years of age. He is survived by his son AJ (Alfred James) Chouinard of Chase, mother Gladys of Kamloops, brothers and sisters Joe (Violet), Shirley (Ian), Phyllis, Marilynn (Raymond), Art (Cheryl), as well as numerous of nieces, nephew and friends.
Alfred was predeceased by his father Edward and brother Patrick. Prayers took place from 10:00 am Sunday, July 18 to 2:00 pm Monday, July 19 at Joe and Violet’s.
A Memorial Service took place at 10:00am on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Adams Lake Spiritual Center, Chase, BC with Rod Tomma speaking.
Special thanks to the staff of Kamloops Funeral Home, ABK Restoration, EMT, the Coroner, RCMP and the many friends and neighbours who have shown such kindness at this time.
In lieu of flowers, donations honouring Alfie’s life may be made to AJ’s Trust Fund at the North Shore Branch of the Royal Bank, 789 Fortune Drive.
