Jennifer Norstrom

Jennifer Norstrom of Kamloops passed away on January 3, 2017 at 32 years of age.

Survived by her loving husband Orlund Norstrom, children Joy, Olivia and Jacob, her brother Jason Wharf and parents David and Terry Wharf.

Jenn always had a very happy, loving and optimistic outlook on life. It was important to her children to always love God and others. She was always willing to be friends with anybody. Family was very important. Jenn home schooled the children to spend more time with them and at the same time, she was studying for her Medical Laboratory Assistant Certificate. Jenn was a hard worker. We will miss her a lot and look forward to seeing her in Heaven.

Service Information

The Celebration of Life will take place at 2:00pm on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Bible Truth Church, 1099 Fraser Street Kamloops, B.C. with Pastor Andrew Picklyk officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for the children’s education.

    I never met Jenn online, but through a birth group online. We immediately connected and would message about church, homeschooling or life in general. She was truly an inspiration and exemplified the kind of Christian I strive to be. She will be dearly missed. My prayers are with her whole family.

    We were very saddened to read Jenn’s obituary. It’s been many years but remember Jenn from Cheerleading @ VSS with our daughter Stacey. Also from her assistance @ Tile Works. Always smiling. Thinking of you @ this most challenging time. Our condolences.

    Dave,Terry and Family: We were so shocked and sadden to read of the passing of Jennifer.
    We never knew her as an adult but remember her as a happy and fun loving child. So sorry for your loss. Can’t imagine loosing a child when she was so young. Our sincere condolences.
