On April 25, 2017, Beverley, the beloved wife of Jack and mother of Keith, passed away peacefully in her sleep. Born in Kamloops October 24, 1946, the 3rd of 4 Taylor children, Bev graduated from KSS in 1964 and soon began working in the ladies wear of the new Woodwards store. She was noted for her organizational skills and decorative talent and at age 12, was very proud of the poster she created and entered in a BC wide competition. The poster won First place overall. Bevvie enjoyed travel reading, and especially the years in their South Thompson riverfront home where she loved gardening and hosted many gatherings. Beverley leaves her husband Jack, son Keith of Kamloops, stepsons Chris (Jeanne) and family of Coquitlam; Darin (Debby) and family of Vernon. We wish to thank Dr. Adamarie Steyn, Dr. Shirley Sze and all the wonderful people of the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice for their compassion and care during Beverley’s illness.
As requested, there will be no formal service. Cremation has taken place and her ashes will be sprinkled among the wildflowers in the Kamloops hills.
