Jean Signora Skjerpen was born on October 24, 1924, in Chagoness, Saskatchewan. She attended school in Napoleon. In June 10,1942, she married the love of her life, Harold Skjerpen, and they began their life together, eventually raising seven children. That same year, Harold began serving in the military.
Jean was the second of six children and was the last surviving member of her family. In 1972, the Skjerpens relocated to Kamloops. Throughout her life, Jean pursued various careers and cherished the friendships she made along the way. She held her friends in high regard and valued their companionship deeply.

Am very sorry to hear of Jeans passing, lost contact with her when I moved away to Vernon,,she was a very special, and talented lady,,
So sorry to see that Jean has passed. She and Harold were a big part of starting Kamloops Florist with Doris and me. We had a few good visits a few years ago and enjoyed a glass of wine together. A good hard working lady.
