In Loving Memory of Dave Dillman
It is with heavy hearts that we announced the passing of Dave Dillman on October 27th, 2026.
Dave was the oldest of 7 brothers and held a special place with his family.
He lived life with love for adventure and a passion for anything with an engine. Racing stock cars, snowmobiles and mud bogging brought him tremendous joy and created many lasting memories.
He took his pre apprentice auto body training, spending his free time working on and painting cars. One of his projects was his 1956 chevy, a labor of love that he never got the chance to finish. Dave was also a hard-working businessman who owned and operated D. Dillman ENT. LTD. and the Midnight Plowboys, he took pride in his work and in the businesses he built. Another of Dave’s passions was gardening. He took tremendous pride in his gardens and his talent and dedication earned him many awards including an 8 page feature in Gardens West Magazine.
His love of gardening was matched by his love of the Christmas season. Dave along with family, friends and his staff would decorate the yard for Christmas, creating something special for everyone to enjoy. He loved bringing people together and sharing the joy of the season.
Life brought both Sandy and Dave through earlier chapters of marriage, before giving them a second chance at love. They married in 2015 beginning a special chapter together filled with love, laughter and happiness. Dave warmly and lovingly welcomed Sandy’s family into his life, embracing them all fully from the beginning.
While his love reached every corner of the family, he found a unique and special bond with Taya, Kailey and Renata.
He also had a soft spot for the newest addition to the family that he affectionately called Gopher.
He also loved his fur – Buddy
Dave leaves behind his cherished wife Sandy Bullock, her family, including her children, their spouses, grandchildren, her mom and husband, his brothers, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and all the lives he touched.
He will be deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten.
A Celebration of Life will be held at our home on Sunday, November 15th 1 – 4 pm, 2410 Parkview Dr.
Everyone who knew and loved him is warmly welcome to join us as we gather to share stories, laughter and beautiful memories of a life so wonderfully lived.
