Mom was born in Calgary but spent most of her life in Kamloops, with stops along the way in Blue River and Jasper. Family was most important to her. She loved to garden and share her produce with family and friends. Mom was a very special lady with a huge heart. She always had a positive and happy outlook on life, her favorite saying was,
“We are so lucky, aren’t we blessed!!”
Special thanks to the wonderful caring staff at The Hamlets and Pine Grove, who looked after her so well these past few years.

Mrs Bell was the best neighbor. She loved sharing her peaches with the girls. We have many good memories of Pine Cres.

Thanks you for your kind words James. We will miss her a lot but feel so blessed we had her in our lives for so long.
We have such fond memories of Mrs.Bell and living across the street from her for many years until she moved to the Hamlets. She so often would leave vegetables from her lovely garden on our front steps. May she rest in peace.
I found a Christmas Card with a long note from Jean inside in my mother’s effects just now. Having moved to Toronto a long time ago, I had not seen her since my teens, but I look at her smile and remember that face, much younger and smiling in exactly the same way.
My dad loved your dad and mom, and Keith’s friendship was one of the most important in Dad’s life…really the most important.
On behalf of both parents, and my family, belated condolences to you all.
