Jeanne Suttis passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 in the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops B.C. at the age of 92. She was born raised in California before arriving in British Columbia in 1972. Majorie Annie Meron

Marjorie Meron of Kamloops passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 96 years of age. She is survived by her children, David (Argentina) Meron of Kamloops BC, Carole Owen of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Dianne (Tom) Sole of Calgary, Alberta, and John (Cindy) Meron of London, Ontario, 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Marjorie was predeceased by her husband, Wilf Meron.

Pamela Beryl Bloxom

Pamela Beryl Bloxom (née Hazard), the most amazing woman, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, of Kamloops B.C., was taken from us, October 2, 2014.

She was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, October 14, 1943, to Leonard and Mary Hazard (née Ackerman). Pam is survived by her husband and soul mate Garnett Ray Bloxom whom she married on August 26, 1961. Still together for over 50 years of marriage, their love is eternal.

Pam is also survived by her daughters, who were also her best friends, Wendy Henning (Duane), Brenda Garvey (Peter), Donna Bloxom (Cory). Pam was lovingly known as Granny to seven grandchildren: Sean, Samantha, Chelsea (Bill), Tanner (Kiara), Carson, Jorde and Colton. Winnifred (Wyn) Anne Elizabeth Baker-Haugen

Winnifred (Wyn) Anne Elizabeth Baker-Haugen (nee Veach), 82, of Kamloops, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at Kamloops Seniors Village.

Wyn was born on March 7, 1932 in Kamloops, B.C. to Hugh Dearen and Margaret Anne Veach, and was sister to her younger brother, Robert Hugh. She graduated from Kamloops Secondary School in 1949 after skipping two grades. Wyn earned a Certificate of Business Administration from the University College of the Cariboo when she was 59, in her life-long quest for learning.

In 1954 Wyn married Howard Baker with whom she had four children in Kamloops. In 1986 she married her partner for the rest of her life, Leslie Nelson Haugen.Read More & Leave Condolences »
