It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Janice Elizabeth MacKay at the age of 80 years, at the Kamloops Hospice.
Janice is survived by her sons Duncan MacKay of Kamloops, Ian (Chimene) MacKay of Peachland , Cam (Adri) MacKay of Terrace, Scott (Marie) MacKay of Edmonton and Don (Crystal) MacKay of Edmonton, grandchildren Cameron, Kimberly, Tracy, Craig, Josh, Marcus, Christopher, Kathleen, Kayleigh, Serena and Grace, great greatgrandchild Jayde and brother in law Malcolm. She was predeceased by her husband Graeme MacKay
Following Janice’s wishes, there will be no formal service.
A private family remembrance will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made in Janice’s name to the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation.
Doreen Dunning, of Kamloops, passed away on June 13, 2014 at 95 years of age. She is survived by her daughter, Joan Jennings (Roger Robichaud) of Merritt, and son, John (Jane Anne) Dunning of Surrey, her grandchildren, Shawna Linn, Michael (Karen) Dunning, Shannon (Michael) Ayotte, and her great-grandchildren, Matthew and Ariel Watroba, and Owen Ayotte.
As a young child, Doreen moved from England to Duncan, BC and lived next door to John Dunning’s family. She proposed to John at age four, and they married in 1942. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pat Kreke of Logan Lake, BC, on June 20th, 2014 at 63 years of age. Pat is survived by her loving husband Art, children Trevor (Lori) Kreke of Smithers, BC, and Stacey (Eugene) Kreke of Fort St. John, BC, as well as grandchildren Hannah, Montana, Ryan, Sophia and Evan, and brothers Wayne (Brenda) and Dennis (Ann). On the first day of summer, Margaret “Bubs” Brown passed away with loving family at her side. She was born November 16, 1933 in Vancouver to Peter and Donna Jones. As an infant she was nicknamed Bubbles by her Dad ~ a name that stuck with her for life because it suited her vivacious personality.

Evelyn Mabel Bailey
Evelyn Mabel Bailey (nee Lilley) age 88 of Heffley Creek, BC passed away June 20th, 2014 in the Kamloops Hospice. She was preceded in death by her parents Owen Percy Lilley and Mabel Annie Lilley, her brother Ollie and her grandson Jake. Evelyn is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Clarence Bailey; daughter and son-in-law, Wendy and Mike Clarke and their daughter April; daughter and son-in-law Shari and Jack Ulmer and their children Staci, David and Lisa; daughter and son-in-law Beth and Glen Hurst and their children Mike, Devon, and Theresa and son and daughter-in-law Doug and Wendy Bailey and their children Kelly, Trevor, Kandy, and Ben.
