James was born October 21, 1932 in Jasper, Alberta, son of Nick and Katie Bleskie. He grew up in Lucerne, BC, Mount Robson Provincial Park. James worked for the Canadian National Railroad for nearly forty years. He is survived by his wife Marion, daughter Valerie (John), son Leslie (Tracy), Serena and Christina (Lance), grandchildren Aaron, Jeremy, Karina, Candace, Cassady, Carissa, Celestine and Nicholas, Kyle, Daniel, and 6 great-grandchildren.James was predeceased by his son Jamie and sister Lucie, Lilian & baby brother. The Bleskie family thanks Doctor Azad and the caring hospital staff that took care of him. A special thank you to good friend Tom Cole and Anna”.
The Interment will take place in Jasper at a later date, if friends so desire, donations may be made to RIH Foundation.
