December 3, 1929 – December 28, 2024
Bill was 95 years of age and lived a full life filled with what he enjoyed most – sports and friends.
Left to mourn him are his wife, Louise; son, William; daughter, Marie (Jamie); grandchildren, John (Bill) Jackson, Luke Jackson, Serena Bourassa (Chris), and Mercedes Fawns; great-grandchildren, Nick Jackson, Emily Jackson, Declan Bourassa, and Gabriel Bourassa; sisters, Jane Thompson and Evelyn Cackette; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Bill was predeceased by his brothers, John Paris and Percy Jackson, and sisters, Mabel Oliver and Vivian Hamilton.
Born and raised in Windsor, Nova Scotia, Bill served as a radar technician in the CAF for 26 years. Upon retirement, he enjoyed a successful career as a realtor for more than 25 years. Bill was also proud to serve with Lions International for over 25 years.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the caregivers at The Hamlet on E2 – you are wonderful.
