One Tribute
My name is Vince Godard. I’ve lived in Valleyview for 56 years. Dianne was ahead of me in school by a year or so with one of my sisters. I have lived on Glenwood Dr. for 35 years. I remember Dianne very well because not only are we Valleyview people but I started at Mcauliffe Dodge in 1981 and am still there, and I worked with Dianne for years until she got sick. Needless to say this was very heartbreaking, she was a very happy and funny girl.
I visited her a few times over the years, especially when my daughters were young dancing at overlander. I remember her service plaque on the wall of her room as I have one also. As a Catholic I do believe that Dianne will be in heaven, back to her normal self. And we will be there, God willing, to see her again. I thought of her often, and I know she is at peace.
