It is with great sadness that we announced the sudden passing of Laura Lynn Brydon, Age 52, on August 31, 2015.

Laura was beautiful both inside and out and cared so much about the loved ones who surrounded her in her too short life. She was a hard working and loving mother, a beloved wife, an amazing grandma, and a loving sister. Laura did everything in her power to enrich the lives of those around her. She was always there for her friends and family, and will forever be loved and missed by the many hearts and souls she touched.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, September 4th at 1:00 PM in the Kamloops Funeral Home, 285 Fortune Drive with reception to follow.

Laura you will be forever missed. You were such a wonderful person and I am truly lucky to have known you and had you as a friend. I will miss that wonderful laugh of yours. Till we meet again my dear friend.
I met Laura at Ridgepointe through my mother-in-law, Joyce Smith, a resident there. Laura has to have been *the* best thing about Ridgepointe. On the occasions I have come out to visit from Ontario, I knew we’d have fun when Laura was on shift. She and her sons did so much to help Mom on a personal level and my husband and I are so grateful for their generosity. Our condolences go out the Brydon family. Laura touched so many lives and more people than you can imagine will miss her.
Laura was such a close friend through my years at OLPH and high school. Hearing of her passing brought back so many wonderful memories and such great sadness. My love, and prayers to her whole family. Jackie xo

I am heartbroken to hear of Laura’s passing; we worked together at Ridgepointe since the start and am so honored to have had that time with such a kind, compassionate and hard working lady. Laura always went way beyond what was required of her and considered her seniors as her family and they, as we, all adored her. Only Laura knew how to make entertainment nights like Bingo, crossword or anything be a fun night with lots of laughter. It didn’t matter how busy she was she always took the time to assist any of us in need of her time. Such a sad time for all of the family my heartfelt condolences. Rest in Peace Laura
It was a terrible shock to hear about Laura’s sudden passing. We are in grief, we loved her very much. Laura always went above and beyond in her caring work at Ridgepointe and she will be so very missed. But our thoughts now are for her family, I cannot imagine how unbearable your grief must be. On behalf of our sweet Laura, our prayers are for your safe keeping. Cherish your memories.
So sorry to hear this sad news. Our thoughts and prayers are with the whole family. Big hugs to you all.
So shocked to hear this. Laura and I are cousins and were the same age. I have many fond summer memories of our childhood when my family went to visit the Hagels in BC. My deepest condolences to Adam, Syl and everyone in the family.
