In loving memory of Michael Patrick Charkos August 05,1959-December 23, 2022.

On December 20, 2022, Mike was proud to give his blessing and his daughters hand in marriage to Cody Byrnes.

Mike was involved with motorcycles from an early age. He enjoyed motor cross and ice racing, as well as street bikes.

Mike enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, hunting, fishing, gold panning, and summer/winter camping. Just before being diagnosed with cancer, Mike achieved his black belt in taekwondo.

Mike passed away with his loving family by his side. Survived by his wife Cheryl, of almost 40 years. Son’s Michael, Matthew (Shaun). Daughter Megan (Cody), and grandchildren Mya, Michael, Ryan, Emma-leigh, Avery and John. Mike was also survived by his brother Bill (Lana), sister Karen (Peter), Brother-in-law Jack (Patty), Dan (Sheila), Glenn (Gerry), and many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends: Rick, Don and Paul.

Mike was predeceased by his parents Mike and Nellie Charkos, In-laws Margaret & Jack Moffat, Brother Ron, niece Stacey Moffat, nephew Ryan and grandson Ryan.

Our grandson Michael, recently passed away suddenly in April 2025. I imagine they are hanging out and doing a lot of fishing.

Mike will forever be missed and loved by all who knew him.
