Jessie Paterson Birrell born in Burris, Ont., July 27, 1921, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2014 in Kamloops, BC. Jessie was predeceased by her brothers Tom and Morrison and sister-in-law Eileen. She is survived by her brother Bill in Emo, Ont., sisters-in-law Eleanor and Rita; three nieces, two nephews and six great-nephews. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the wonderful nursing staff at Overlander Residential Care, specifically the Blueberry Nursing Station. It is with great sadness we announce that on July 31st, Dad went to be with his Lord & Saviour. Born Thomas Alfred Terence Hulton on October 2nd, 1928, in Winnipeg, MB, he always went by Terry. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Betty, his daughter, Shelley (Randy) Clary, his grandkids Adam (Kate), Joel (Jenn), Megan Clary, Barbara (Craig) Hulton and great-grandson, Seth Brown, as well as his uncle and best friend, Barry (Qwen) Wildman.
A Celebration of Terry’s Life will be held on August 9th at 2:00 pm, in the Kamloops Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Andrew Picklyk officiating.
