It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Yvette McNutt, on May 13th, 2015. She spent her final days at home supported and surrounded by her family. She was predeceased by her loving husband, William, son Darryl, and her sisters Marion, Julie, Obeline, Geraldine, Florence and her brothers Danny, Leo and Alfonse. She is survived by her sister Lynn, her sons Robert McNab (Debbie), Frank McNab (Grace) and her daughters Deb Bland 9robert) and Donna Croft, grandchildren Cathy, Bryan, Jason, Justin, Erin, Robert, Morgan and Charmaine; her great-grandchildren Austin, Joshua, Evan, penny, Charlotte, Kevin, Ava, Benson, Peyton, Kaiden, and Grasyon, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was born in St. Boniface, MB, and made her home in Fort St. John and Kamloops, BC. Mom spent her years raising 5 children and enjoyed being a homemaker, and was very active with the Cornerstone Baptist Church. Her early hobbies included camping, and fishing, and in her later years, she enjoyed sewing and baking. But what she loved most in this world was to spend time with her family.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff o the Royal inland Hospital, 7 North medical and nursing staff, the Renal Unit, as well as the home support team. A special thanks to Pastor Zac for his spiritual guidance and support to both mom and the family.
We are blessed for the gift of her life and we will forever cherish the moments we were able to spend with her.
There will be no memorial service, however; we will be having a Celebration of Her Life on Monday, May 18th, 2015 at 2:00pm at 656 Cooper Place, Kamloops, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
