It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Wayne Field, 71 years old of Kamloops B.C.
He is survived by his dear wife Stella of 20+ years, his step children, Lana(Morris) Jason(Elena) Cynthia(Don), his grandchildren Matthew, Michael, Justin, Thomas, Carter and Logan, His Mother Doreen, His siblings Donald and David, numerous nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his Father Arthur and His brother Garry.
Family and friends were important to him spreading kindness to all.
Wayne was a certified welder, class B gas fitter, certificate of dangerous goods, air brake permit, driver training instructor for class 1,2,3,4,5 and 7. Wayne drove city bus in Kamloops for numerous years, hauled chips and lumber for Arrow Transport, welded for numerous companies, trained drivers for class 1, 2, 3 driving, working for Columbia Driver Training, also for Extreme Professional Driver Training.
Wayne’s passion in life was playing his guitar, working, and restoring old cars.
There will be no service by request. Instead, a family gathering will be held in the summer.

Wayne will be sorely missed by all who knew him and loved in our hearts forever.

I was saddened to hear of Wayne’s passing. We were neighbours from across the street. Wayne helped our son Spencer obtain his Class 1 drivers license which he was so grateful for and appreciated his help. Rest in peace my friend.
