Carla Dawn Hopson, age 79, Passed away on July 7th 2021.
Born December 9th 1941 in Tilley, New Brunswick to Mildred and Ivan Hanscomb.
She married the love of her life, Robert George Hopson, December 2nd 1958 and maintained a great love for almost 63 years.
The 4th of 10 daughters, predeceased by her parents; Mildred and Ivan Hanscomb, Sisters; Lynda Hines (Jimmy James Hines) and Darlene Hopson (Frank Hopson) and Brothers in Law; Donald Larose, Ray Lyons and Larry Barton. She is Survived by sisters Jean Larose, Gloria Mackenzie (Joey Mackenzie) Wendy Hanscomb, Elaine Wawrzaszek (Walter Wawrzaszek), Edie Hanscomb (Al), Judith Barton, Virginia Moses (Malcolm Moses).
Carla is Survived by her 6 Children, Dennis Hopson, Larry Hopson, Molly Lacoursiere (Ross Lacoursiere), Harry Hopson, Ruth Hopson-Scharfl (Kenneth Scharfl), Roberta Hopson-Green (Jeremy Green).
Thirteen Grandchildren; Lisa Proulx, Trudy Proulx, Terry Proulx (Predeceased), Michael Hopson, Jonathan Lacoursiere, Roberta Hopson-Green (Jeremy Green), Joshua Lacoursiere (Lyndsay Lacoursiere), Brandon Hopson, Joel Lacoursiere, Daniel Hopson (Maria Hopson) Daniel Caldwell, Mitchell Hopson, Casandra Quaedvlieg (Kenneth Quaedvlieg)
Fourteen Great Grandchildren;
Keegan, Kianna, Jacob,
River, Parker, Tristan, Nova, Sirus,
Grayson, Gabriel, Bethany,Trooper, Zeppelin and Conner.

The Funeral Service was held on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 11am,
in the Kamloops Funeral Home, 285 Fortune Drive.
Interment service followed at Hillside Cemetery, Kamloops BC

This wonderful and amazing lady was my aunt Carla. Aunt Carla and my uncle Robert enjoyed life to the fullest and raised a great family. I will miss my aunt Carla forever. She will be missed, I loved her very much. Rest in peace, your nephew Lyle Hopson
